| 抄録(和) | 本論文では, 人体の3次元アトラスを用いて, 腹部CT像から複数臓器を同時に抽出するアルゴリズムを提案する.この手法では, あらかじめ用意されたアトラスを浮動画像とし, 入力の3次元画像を参照画像として位置あわせを行ない, 位置合わせ後の参照画像の各画素にアトラスの臓器ラベルを割当てることで臓器を抽出する.ただし, アトラスと未知画像の臓器の間では, 個人差によって位置や形が大きく異なるため, それらにも対応出来るように工夫した.本論文では, 提案手法を実際の画像に適用した結果を評価し, 有効性について考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we present a simultaneous segmentation method using three dimensional atlas of anatomy for multiple organs in three dimensional abdominal CT images. The proposed method deforms three dimensional atlas of anatomy to be aligned with 3D images and assigns the labels of the atlas to each voxel in the images. Here, the method was designed to be able to deal with registration problem between two images with large deformation. because shape and position of organs in an input 3D image are often greatly different from those of atlas. This paper shows experimental results of applying the proposed method to actual 3D CT image. |
