Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In preoperative assessment of endovascular stent grafting, it is necessary to localize Adamkiewicz artery from 3-D CTA for avoiding paraplegia caused by its embolization. In this paper, we describe 3-D display method of Adamkiewicz artery by producing MIP images on spinal cord and that of intercostal artery, which is origin of Adamkiewicz artery, by extracting from aortic area and by using volume rendering. We applied our method to 2 clinical data taken by MDCT. From clinical application result, we confirmed effectiveness of our method.
