Abstract(in English) Automatic integration of anatomical and functional images from MRI and SPECT is quite useful for clinical practice to understand and describe the characteristics of the target organ. Here, for visualization of cardiac functions, an image processing procedure is introduced to generate such fused image. The technique is focused on detection of edges of liver and left ventricle on MRI and SPECT images. An algorithm for registration is designed and obtained reasonable results.
