| 抄録(和) | 本稿は交通事故を低減するための管理指標について論じている.まず, はじめに単位走行キロと事故数の関係について調査し, 単位走行キロ当たりの事故数の性質を明らかにする.次に, 事故数が走行キロに比例するとしたときの比例係数Kの値(K値)は管理指標として適していることを述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper discusses a new index of traffic mangagement proposed by the author. First of all the properties of the values of the number of traffic accidents per unit mileage are mentioned. Then it is shown that the value is more suitable to estimate whether traffic accidents are truely many or not. Moreover it is also shown that the value has a property to reveal the coutermesures to reduce traffic accidents. Finally this report shows that the rate of traffic accidents based on mileage is equivalent to that of traffic accidents based on the number of vehickes under some conditions. |
