Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a newly developed system that shows undulation of a golf green using virtual images drawn by accurate data of three-dimensional measurement of geometry. Live images are overlaid by virtual green images from the same position of the live camera. The position is measured by virtual fluid head and lens encoders. The virtual images also show the undulation from a ball to the cup or from the cup to the ball like golf players do so. The system was applied to a relay of "2004 Japan open golf championship".
