Abstract(in English) It takes a lot of trouble to get suitable information from huge jumble of good and bad information which exist on the Internet as web pages. In the meantime, "TV watching" is easy way to get information. But it is difficult to say that the information provided on TV is personalized for individual. We have studied the "TV4U(TV for You)" which enables acquiring information existing on web pages on the Internet and matching individual request with keeping easy information acquisition style such as "TV watching". In this time, we include TV program production and circulation in the TV4U, and devise as a novel integrated TV environment which enables easy TV program production method as if writing text using word processor and publish and watch them.
