User interfaces for the Object-linked broadcasting system and its subjective test

Abstract(in English) We have developed four types of user interface, that are finger pointer, LASER pointer, gyro-sensor, and PDA, for the Object-linked broadcasting system that allows obtaining information related to an object in a video sequence. We have an subjective assessment to investigate characteristics of these user interfaces. The subjects viewed the video sequences and operated these user interfaces to get related information. After operating, they evaluated these interfaces based on the impression. We obtained the characteristics of the interfaces by analyzing the principal component of the impression.
