| 抄録(和) | 現在, カーナビゲーションシステムの普及は目覚ましく, そこで用いられている道路地図データの更新についても更なる要求が出てきている.特に, 現状では年一回程度の更新頻度を随時更新したいという要求があるが, 現状の地図作成はメーカ側に多大な時間と労力, 費用が必要となっている.そこで, 多数のユーザ車両において必要な道路情報を動的に作成し, それを全ユーザで共有する道路地図作成システムが考えられる.本稿では, その第一段階として車載カメラとGPSを用いて, 車両の前方の画像から路面色抽出に基づいて道路幅情報を抽出し, GPSの位置情報と融合して走行中の道路地図を作成する手法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, car navigation systems are widely spread. So, creating and refreshing road map information used for the systems is required to be more frequently. Though, heavy man power, time, and cost are needed to create and refresh the map for the map makers. Therefore, we propose a road map creating system by a large number of the navigation system users themselves, and they shares the created maps each other. In this paper, a road width detection technique for the new system is presented. The road width is calculated from the camera images based on road surface color detection, and the information is united with position information from GPS. |
