A Failure Detection Method in Distribution Systems

Abstract(in English) In construction of the distributed system which demand high reliability, there was conventionally a tendency of the increase in cost and large-scale-izing by addition of special function and equipment. Therefore, authors have approached the mutual watches system called Heart Beat System by way of the failure detection system for realizing a high reliability distribution system. In this research, we evaluated a point of the influence of the processing speed when applying this system to an actual system, and considered the problem and the solution.
