Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the international standard of functional safety, IEC 61508, Safety-Related System (SRS) is specified by the Safety Integrity Level (SIL). In order to allocate SIL to SRS, it is necessary to estimate the rates of hazardous events which arise in the overall systems with the SRS. In the present paper, in order to formulate the hazardous event rate in the overall system composed of a nonrepairable 1oo2 SRS, stochastic models are developed by the aid of state-transition diagrams. Finally, the stochastic models are validated by comparing the results obtained through numerical analyses.
