Abstract(in English) We integrated wavelength monitor with multi-channel DBR laser in an industry standard size package. In this module, we use a three-direction beam splitter to drive the signal beams into three directions for wavelength monitoring. For all 6DBR lasers, uniform wavelength discrimination curves with 50 GHz spacing are obtained. Output ratio of photodiodes is sufficient for monitoring wavelength.
