Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To improve the routing of packets in the optical packet switching, high speed and high performance label recognition processing are required. We have proposed novel optical label recognition method using optical spread code generation to realize both high recognition power in label recognition systems and high data transmission efficiency in network paths. We study on optical spread code generation that can handle the number of label entries in networks. As a result of the label recognition simulation using 1023 types of 1023-bit Gold codes generated from 1023 types of 10-bit optical codes, the maximum intensity ratio of correlation signals becomes much higher than 115.9 : 1.
