| Abstract(in English) | In optical mobile communication and optical video transmission, optical reflection into LDs is one of serious problems which degrade distortion performances. In this paper, we estimate robustness of LD against optical reflection, in order to find advantages of low-cost FP-LD without optical isolators. We also discuss origins of large distortion of PD in high frequency beyond 2GHz. |
