Abstract(in English) The analog transmission of 40-channel AM-VSB signals is investigated. By employing the dispersion adjuster with a quite larger negative dispersion than that of a conventional dispersion compensating fiber, the maximum ransmission of 35km SMF with the carrier-to-noise ratio greater than 46 dB and the composite second order distortion less than -60dBc can be successfully achieved.
