Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to realize the dual-band radio-on-fiber (ROF) transmission, which means that microwave- and mm-wave-band radio signals are simutaneously transmitted in an optical fiber link, we made the practically compact prototype of dual-band base station (BS) for use in the dual-band ROF systems. We experimentally demonstrate an error-free simultaneous fiber-optic transmission of a 60-GHz-band 155-Mb/s-DPSK signal with a 2.45-GHz sinusouidal wave by using the dual-band BS prototype.
