Abstract(in English) High power factor and soft switching can be easily obtained by connecting the LC resonant circuit in the input stage of a forward converter However, the terminal voltage of the main switch in the converter becomes very high voltage by resonanting. In order to suppress the high voltage of the main switch we a propse a AC/DC converter with a clamp circuit.
