Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the power-supply unit using the clean energy such as the solar array, wind generator and fuel cell, it is important not only to control these several power sources but also to regulate the output voltage. The multiple-input dc-dc converter is useful to realize these power-supply units. However the power efficiency decreases when it operates in continuous reactor current mode. The purpose of this paper is to present the regulation characteristic and the transient response of the multiple-input buck-boost type dc-dc converter in the discontinuous current mode.
