| 抄録(和) | 情報化社会の進展とともに情報セキュリティ技術の重要性が益々認識されている。本稿では情報セキュリティ技術の展望と将来の課題について解説する。まず初めに情報セキュリティ技術の基本的な手法としての情報秘匿、認証技術、個人認証、IDベース暗号、マルチパーティプロトコル、秘密分散保管について解説する。次いで情報セキュリティ技術の応用として、画像情報とネットワークへの応用の現状について述べる。前者については静止画、動画への応用、コンシールド情報等について、また後者についてはソフトウェア・セキュリティ、データベース・セキュリティについて解説する。さらにネットワーク社会における情報セキュリティの重要性について論ずるとともに、いわゆる"やわらかいネットワーク"を構築するために均一のセルを用いることを提案する。そして均一セルがより安全なネットワークを構築しうることを指摘する。また将来のエレクトロニック・ライフを実現するに際して必要となる技術のうち、セキュリティ技術が深く関わるテーマについて概説する。最後にIEC研究会の今後の課題について東工大の黒澤馨博士、NTT岡本龍明博士の寄書を紹介する。結びに代えて、情報通信環境を文化との調和という立場からとらえ、広い意味での"セキュリティ"も将来の重要なテーマの一つであることを指摘する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper we reviw the various research and development activities in the field of information security and also discuss on the subjects for future.Firstly we discuss the fundamental technologies such as for secret communication(storage), authentication,ID based cryptosystem,multi-party protocol and secret sharing.Secondly we review the present status of the practical applications of the information security to image signals and networks.On these matters,we first introduce the important technologies that are already applid or will be applied for encrypting the still picture as well as motion picture.We also discuss concealed image transmission.We then discuss network security such as software security,data base security and notification of adressor′s number.Finany we propose the using of a uniform cell that has the same level of importance,uniform speed, uniform delay and fixed length,for the construction of more simple and secure network.We also introduce several technologies that should be developed through solid and pertinent application of information security,for realizing the secure life in so-called network society.Furthermore we present a note due to Drs.K. Kurosawa and T.Okamoto,on the future activities of the IEICE Technical Group on Information Security.Finally we briefly review the problems in future network society from the standpoint of ethics,along with a concluding remarks. |
