Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this article we propose an individual adaptive CAI system on WWW with cookies which are identifiers of individuals. The reason for using cookies is that HTTP is stateless protocol though CAI systems must keep states of students. This system uses CGI to control cookies and is implemented within HTTP and HTML. So many resources-HTML documents, images, video clips, programs, etc-on WWW are available to develop teacing materials. We implemented the system to show the possibility of an individual adaptive CAI system on WWW with cookies.
