Abstract(in English) This paper proposes four types of CF/CCII (CCII with current follower) and three configurations for realizing admittance functions using CF/CCII as active elements. The circuits are composed of a single CF/CCII and capacitors, and can realize R-L and C-D parallel admittance, and can also realize current-mode low-pass, band-pass, high-pass transfer functions by adding a capacitor or a resistor. The circuit can be easily applied in the circuit for realizing higher-order Parallel admittance. The circuits have low passive sensitivities. PSpise simulation results of current-mode transfer functions are also given.
