| 抄録(和) | 本論文ではMcCullough-Pitts型の動的ニューラルネットワーク(DNN)のリミットサイクルの構成法と連想記憶への応用について考察をする.まず,最初にDNNのいくつかの基本的性質を議論し,記憶すべきパターンベクトルをDNNの平衡解として指定する方法についての考察をする.つぎに,DNNにおけるリミットサイクルについて議論し,記憶すべき情報をDNNにおけるリミットサイクルとして記憶するための結合係数行列が満たすべき条件を示し,その結果をもとにリミットサイクルを記憶する結合係数行列の構成法を提案する.そしてリミットサイクルを用いた連想記憶の有効性を統計的に確認するためにコンピュータシミュレーションを実施した結果を紹介する. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper studies associative memories using a dynamical neural network of the McCullough-Pitts model in which the given standard information patterns are assigned as limit cycles.First,some properties of the network with orthogonal connection matrix are presented and a method to construct a connection matrix which assigns standard pattern vectors as equilibrium point of the network in more general fashion is proposed.Further,a method to construct a connection matrix of the neural network which assigns limit cycles as required is studied and some results of computer simulation are given to evaluate the performance statistically. |
