| 抄録(英) | The PDLCD(polymer dispersed liquid crystal display) panel has a potential for a large area display. A new vacuum filling method for the TFT-PDLCD panels was developed. This new LC filling method does not need an outer vacuum space except for the cell gap-space and is useful for the preparation of large area PDLC panel. Also the temperature dependence of the electro-optical properties of the TFT-PDLC panel was investigated which is used for the high resolution TFT-PDLC projector. |
