Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Photoelectric properties in a bisstyrylbenzene derivative and its isomers molecularly doped in polycarbonate have been studied by the optical absorption, the photoluminescence and the transient photocurrent measurements. The hole drift mobilities of the materials studied here are ~10^<-5>cm^2/Vs room tempetuture, where as the Stokes shifts are 0.09eV, 0.64eV and 0.45eV for para-, meta- and orthoisomers, indicating that the optical properties are much more sensitive to the isomerization. It is found that the width of energetic distribution of hopping sites, determined from the transient photocurrent mesurments, is proportional to that of optical absorption in there materials.
