Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose ultra light weight planar array antenna with stretched structure for satellite communication systems. Since the proposed planar antenna is constructed by employing the difference of the thermal expansivity of materials, it has no dielectric substrates between antenna conductors, such as patches and microstrip lines, and ground plane. The surfaces forming the antenna conductors and ground plane are made of meshed materials. These two characteristics lead to the ultra light weight planar array antenna. For 500mm squared planar antenna in S-band, the proposed one weighs 300g/m^2. The manufactured 16-elements array antenna has good radiation patterns which is in good agreement with calculated ones and peak gain 19.3dBi. The error between measured and calculated gains is 0.2dB. The manufactured array antenna almost has designed performance. The validity of the proposed planar array antenna is confirmed.
