Accurate Source Model for MoM Analysis of Linear Antennas by Using Sinusoidal Reaction Matching

Abstract(in English) A new source model for MoM analysis by using sinusoidal reaction matching is proposed for linear antenna analysis. This source model is applied to both the reduced kernel approximation and the full kernel formulation. The analysis results are compared with the results of the conventional methods and measurement. It is found that the new model includes the effect of the length of driving gap and the solution from the new source model is more accurate and more stable than that from the conventional source models. The proposed source model is simple and easy to use. This source model, together with the full kernel formulation, makes it possible to analyze the linear dipole antennas with no limitation of ratio of segment length to radius.
