| Abstract(in English) | ADS (Automatic Dependent Surveillance) System that uses SATCOM as a data link is expected to provide ATC (Air Traffic Control) information of aircraft in the oceanic area.But the oceanic ADS system has little redundancy since the data link depends on SATCOM has little backup system.In this paper,the VHF data relay system that can substitute for SATCOM is described.The system configuration,protocols and the algorithm for finding the aircraft that can be used as a relay station are also described. |
