Abstract(in English) | The lunar surface exploration gives the basic data for the future resources in space.Japan plans the lunar explorations firstly launched in 1996 as well as USA,EU,and Russia.The possible method to explore the lunar surface resources is to obtain remotely sensed image data and to investigate the surface using the lunar rover vehicle that measures the physical and chemical properties of the lunar surface.Space exploration needs expensive cost to develop with apparently minor benefit for the human life. The lunar exploration seems to be less beneficial for human being. The lunar resource development is the first step of the next generation of the space development.The cost reduction and the long range planning are necessary to execute the exploration.This papar describe the possible method of the lunar resource exploration and the relationship with benefit to the lunar development in the future. |
