| Abstract(in English) | It appears more and more clear that the very fundamental and even radical reason of space development would be the most or almost only appropriate driver for the large-scale international cooperation in space.That is the desire to explore and expand beyond the limits of today′s world. The construction of new space infrastructure is required in order to expand human activity beyond the earth.This will make the most appropriate target for the international cooperation today. The goal is to establish an initial capability of self-sustained habitation.We can postulate such a facility on the moon in the middle of the next century. |
