| Abstract(in English) | Body which has been considered as a fixed node becomes an important mean to enhance the Performance of CMOS device and circuits as the power supply voltage, V_DD, is reduced.Several functions of the body, 1)as a mean to provide charges for a certain V_T value, 2)as a variable voltage terminal, and 3)floating terminal are reviewed based on published papers.The future possibility of utilization of the floating body effects is mentioned. |
