Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Experiments of indoor high-speed digital transmission over millimeter-wave were performed to evaluate the coverage of wireless-LAN base stations using different antennas each with different directivity. The experiments were also performed to investigate the effectiveness of a propagation parameter that evaluates quantitatively for influences of intersymbol interferences by long-delay multi-path over a symbol interval. Both of delay profiles and transmission characteristics were measured, as several receiver antennas each of different beam width were set against to transmitter antenna under indoor circumstances. We examined the feasibility of our propagation parameter from these results.
