Abstract(in English) | We previously proposed a next-generation cellular system for FPLMTS based on the CDMA/FDD scheme, and have evaluated its performance through computer simulation and indoor experiments using a developed testbed. This paper reports performance of field experiments for signal transmission with antenna diversity, RAKE combining, and transmission power control (TPC). The results show good agreement with the results of indoor experiments in Vehicular-B test environment, and the required E_b/N_0 per antenna branch to achieve the BER of 10^<-3> results in 3~4dB in the field test. |
