| Abstract(in English) | The technology to provide roaming by linking different mobile communication networks becomes very important for world wide personal communication. In this article, we focus on the roaming service between Personal Digital Cellular (PDC) and Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) by smart card with the scenario that each subscriber is assigned one phone number and dual subscriber identities. Necessary functionality inter-working is identified and possible structure of Inter-Working Function is described. Examples of the mobility management, outgoing/incoming calls and routing are described. |
