Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The paper proposes a fading compensation scheme for BPSK-SSB transmission. At first, the influence of fading environment on the BPSK-SSB signal is explained and two kinds of fading compensation schemes are proposed. One is the pilot signal assisted fading compensation scheme for non-frequency selective fading environment, and the other is the compensation scheme using the decision feedback equalizer (DFE) for frequency selective fading environment. The transmission performance obtained by the proposed BPSK-SSB fading compensation scheme and the conventional BPSK-DSB compensation scheme is evaluated by means of computer simulation under various fading environments.
