Abstract(in English) | New single crystals have been grown as a candidate of substrates for superconducting oxide YBa2Cu3O7 and YBa2Cu3O7 films have been deposited on them.Y2O3 substrate shows the dielectric constants as small as MgO substrate and lattice match with YBa2Cu3O7 as well as SrTiO3 substrate.A mixed crystal of LaGaO3 and NdGaO3 makes it possible to desigh the lattice constant so as to meet the crystalline orientation of YBa2Cu3O7 films desired. |
