| Abstract(in English) | Infrared beacon has important roles in Vehicle Information and Communication System spread well as the lead of ITS of Japan. In this paper, we descuss the position of it in VICS and roles and systems of it in ITS developed by National Police Agency. And we also discuss merits and effectiveness of Public Transport Priority Systems and so on, as sub-systems using infrared beacon which is key infrastructure of Universal Traffic Management Systems that ITS developed by NPA. |
