Abstract(in English) | Complex resonant type switching converter circuit, which has current resonant circuit and partial voltage resonant circuit in its own primary side,enables extremely high efficiency in power conversion. We have developed this soft switching power supply, which correspond to low voltage and high current load,used complex resonant converter circuit. Secondary side is composed of rectifier current continuous movement mode and synchronous rectifing MOSFETs,and secondary winding wire is composed of parallels lines by twist wire. We developed AC/DC power supply of 91.9% at 5V/30A maximum load. We developed further AC/DC power supply of 91.4%, which has power factor improvement circuit of voltage feedback form. |
