Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A source language is translated into a target language via number representation on our proposed method. A text in the source language is translated into a number representation text. The number representation text for the source language is translated into a number representation text for the target language. The number representation text for the target language is translated into a text in the target language. A number representation is more abstract than a language because the number representation text corresponds to several texts in the languagc. The system based on our proposed method is able to acquire more translation rules on number representation than that on language because of its own abstraction. Our proposed method disarnbiguates number representation by the inductive learning.
