Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Inter-spike intervals (ISI) of motor unit action potentials (MUAPs) under isometric contraction is known to follow the normal distribution. In Triggered PSTH method, a conditioning stimulus locked to a spike of MUAPs delivers to a nerve, and estimate the synaptic linkage from modulation of 151 of MUAPs. However, a valid statistical test to compare a conditioning ISI histogram and a sham ISI histogram has yet to be reported. To solve such statistical issue, we propose a cusum test by using Monte Carlo method, and verify the validity of this test.
