Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We carry out the experimental learning with scroll sentence and the system evaluation about moving Images and moving voices to run moving data into the load of network traffic. Then following results are cleared. We show the limitations of the network load that the correct answer rate of the scroll learning is same as TV. On system evaluation of moving Images, the conversion time is getting longer. On system evaluation of moving voices, we show the limitation of the network load that the voice articulation is stable. Then we show the figures of equvalent value line on the image conversion time and the voice articulation.
