Fast Photoresponse of Organic Multi-layered Thin Films

Abstract(in English) Multi-layered photo detectors have been developed by using metal-phthalocyanins as hole and electron transporting layers. The current-voltage characteristics and photoresponse of the devices were measured. The 3dB bandwidth was drastically improved by increasing the number of each layer without changing the total thickness.
