Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) measurement has been used for the analysis of interaction of biological molecules. The binding reactions of DNAs and immunological reactions were analyzed by this method. However, we needed another format of measurement for the enzyme reactions. We have developed electrochemical SPR measurement, and we applied this method for the enzymatic reaction analysis. Combining this analysis method and SPR imaging system, we can measure the enzymatic reactions in a small SPR chip.
