Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We introduced a computational method for excess chemical potential in a dilute solution of spherical poly electrolytes. The present method was originally proposed by Phillies GD(1974). The basic chemical consideration originates in the linear Deby-Huckel theory. The charge distribution within the poly electrolytes was expanded by spherical harmonics. The coefficients of the expansion were determined by the continuity conditions among the different three regions with the help of the Kirkwood's series expansion of the local potential. The excess chemical potential can be computed by integrating the mean force of the molecule using the averaged net charge of a poly electrolyte. We also introduced the chemical potential of a dilute minimum salt protein solution.
