Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recording density of optical disks depends on the size of a laser spot focused on a recording medium. Near-field optical technique can provide a small spot to record and read tiny marks. In this paper, the new near-filed technique called Super-RENS is introduced and its principle is explained.
