Fluorescent photochromic dye and its photoresponsive laser action

Abstract(in English) Photochromic diarylethene was connected with a fluorescent bisphenylethynylanthracence and its photochromic propbrties were studied. Fluorescence quantum yield was modulated between 83% and <0.1% upon irradiations with UV and visible light. Characteristic laser action was observed and its photomodulation was also observed.
