Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Quarts Cristal coated with Layer-by-Layer self-assembly film with PAA(poly (acrylic acid)) or SPS(poly (sodium 4-stylenesulfonate)) was fabricated for the ammonia gas sensor. The sensing film adsorb ammonia gas by chemical and physical adsorption. It was found that the sensor sensitivity vary according to the polyelectrolytes and the number of bilayers of the film, the threshold gas concentration of the developed sensor was found to be 1ppm.
