Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The quartz resonator gas sensor coated with styrene, allylamine, acrylic-acid or methacrolein-film as the molecular recognition membrane are prepared using plasma-polymerization CVD method. It is found that the sensor coated with acrylic-acid-film exhibits an excellent selectivity and high sensitivity for ammonia gas.
