Abstract(in English) | Photoacoustic method gives microscopic scale-information on local thermal properties of diamond film. We analyzed the photoacoustic signal which was produced by light beam absorbed in diamond film. The thermal characterization of diamond film deposited by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method was performed by using this method. We obtained the thermal image of the diamond film. |
