Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic light emitting diodes(OLED)have been attracted because of their advantages for an emission in wide visible region and for an application to flat-panel display driven at low voltage. The advantage of low-temperature process has enable for OLED to fabricated on a plastic substrate for a light source of optical waveguide. Under these circumstances, red emitting devices with high brightness and high purity are required for the light source of optical circuites. In this paper, we report the emission characteristics of co-doped OLED with two red-emitting dopants.
