Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Carrier mobility in organic material for light emitting diode was measured using Time-of-Flight technique. When the π-conjugation of the ligand in ZnPBO was extended, the change was not appeared for the electron mobility but the hole mobility was promoted by about one order. And for the investigation of influence on the impurity for carrier mobility, we measured Mg-doped Alq sample. The result was that the electron mobility was higher than that of pure Alq. We also prepared the EL devices using Mg-doped Alq. But the current density was not increased. These indicated a possibility that the carrier mobility measured by TOF technique was not applied to EL characteristic.
