Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we consider the structure of solar cell with organic dye(development of dye-sensitized solar cell), the discipline of action, and the characteristics of the solar cell made in this laboratory. Development of dye-sensitized solar cell is easier to produce than the silicon type solar cell, and is superior in the cost problem. In the solar cell, wet type solar cell with electrolyte solution for reduction organic dye, dry type solar cell with organopolysilane for reduction organic dye, we could mesure output voltage. |
